After one hundred years of automotive engineering evolution, the modern driver deserves power. Tom's Ford feels you, which is why we’re honoring the top three most powerful models in the Ford lineup. And the winners are… (Please imagine a drumroll in your head.)

Most Torque

Weighing in with a 6.7-liter Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel powerhouse, the behemoth 2018 Super Duty F-450 Limited drops the mic with 935 lb-ft of torque at 1800 rpm. That means it can haul an extra 7,630 lbs on its back or a maximum gooseneck towing capacity of 34,000 lbs.

Most Powerful 5.0-liter Engine

The 2018 5.0-liter Mustang is the latest in a long line of legendary V8s. As such, it’s faster and more powerful than any of the 5.0-liter engines to come before it thanks to a new port fuel and direct injection. We’re talking 460 horses and 420 lb-ft of torque.

Top Electric-Only Speed

With a 7.6kWh lithium-ion battery and a permanent magnet AC synchronous motor, the 2018 C-MAX Energi can efficiently glide at 85 mph using electric power only. When combined with its 2.0-liter Atkinson-Cycle I-4 Hybrid Engine, it can put out 141 hp and cruise over 100 mph, all while achieving an astonishing 95 combined MPGe.*

These are just the top three models on our list, and there are many more feats of strength from Ford we would love to tell you about. So chug that energy drink, down that double espresso, or crush whatever rocket fuel you’re consuming, and come see us at Tom's Ford or contact us today to learn more about the powerful options we have in our showroom.
